This 1995 Mercury Cougar, nicknamed the Ocelot, features a 97 Mark VIII DOHC V8 engine swap with extensive upgrades to suspension, brakes, wheels, and exhaust systems. The builder is developing the car for charitable street-legal land speed racing to support ALS research and awareness.
