Volvo Electric Power Steering Conversion

This build converts an 88 Mustang GT from manual steering to electric power steering using a salvaged Volvo S60 electric pump and custom steel bracket fabrication. The installation includes a SN95 power steering rack, Maximum Motorsports hybrid steering shaft, custom power steering hoses with AN fittings, and electrical wiring with a 40-amp fuse circuit. The project successfully restores power steering functionality to the vehicle after 15 years without it.
